1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Easy Peasy Cardio (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
Easy Peasy Cardio is provided by Eve Johns ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"). We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
2. Subscription & Billing
Free Tier
Easy Peasy Cardio offers a free tier with core features including workout tracking, progress monitoring, and history logging. You may use the free tier indefinitely without payment.
Premium Subscription
We offer a Premium subscription providing access to additional features including:
- Multiple profiles
- Advanced analytics and insights
- Data export capabilities
- Custom workout collections
Pricing
Premium is available as a monthly subscription at the price listed in the App. Your subscription begins immediately upon purchase.
Billing
Your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged on the same date each month.
Billing occurs through Apple's App Store and is governed by Apple's standard terms. Apple handles all payment processing, billing inquiries, and payment methods. We do not have access to your payment information.
Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew monthly unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone Settings:
- Open Settings → Tap your name at the top → Select "Subscriptions" → Find "Easy Peasy Premium" and cancel
Cancellation is effective immediately, and you will retain Premium access through the end of your current billing period.
3. Refunds & Cancellation
Refund Policy
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies. If you request a refund through the App Store within a reasonable timeframe of purchase, Apple may grant a refund according to their standard refund policy.
To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Select the charge for Easy Peasy Premium
- Choose "I'd like to request a refund or report an issue"
- Select "Request a refund" and choose your reason
Apple reviews all refund requests and determines eligibility. We do not process refunds directly — Apple makes all refund decisions.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account settings. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period, but you will retain access to Premium features through the end of that period.
No Refunds for Unused Time
We do not offer refunds or credits for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel mid-month, you maintain access through your paid period's end date, but no prorated refund is issued.
4. User-Generated Content
Your Data
Easy Peasy Cardio stores your workout logs, food logs, profiles, and settings locally on your device. You retain full ownership of all content you create in the App.
Data Deletion
If you delete the App, your data is deleted from your device. You can export your data at any time (Premium users), and you are responsible for maintaining your own backups if desired.
Prohibited Content
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others
- Share content that is unlawful, hateful, or harmful
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack the App
- Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Easy Peasy Cardio only for personal, non-commercial fitness tracking purposes. You will not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or our servers
- Use the App to collect data about other users
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the App or its features
- Use the App in any way that could damage, overload, or impair our systems
- Violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction
6. YouTube Integration
YouTube API Terms
Easy Peasy Cardio uses the YouTube Data API to search for and retrieve workout videos. Your use of YouTube through the App is subject to Google's YouTube Terms of Service.
YouTube Account
You may be required to have the YouTube app installed on your device. We do not create, manage, or have access to your YouTube account or watch history.
Video Links
The App displays links to public YouTube videos. We do not host, modify, or control the content of YouTube videos. Video availability, content, and removal are controlled entirely by YouTube and video creators.
7. Disclaimers & Warranties
Health & Fitness Disclaimer
Easy Peasy Cardio is not medical advice, and we are not healthcare providers. The App is designed for fitness tracking only. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness regimen, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
Workout recommendations and fitness guidance are for informational purposes only. We make no medical claims and do not diagnose, treat, or prevent any health condition.
As-Is Disclaimer
The App is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be:
- Error-free or uninterrupted
- Compatible with all devices or iOS versions
- Free from viruses, malware, or security issues
Data Loss Disclaimer
We are not responsible for data loss if your device is lost, stolen, damaged, or if you uninstall the App without backing up your data. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Peasy Cardio and its creators are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of fitness progress, data, or information
- Injuries or health-related issues arising from workout use
- Any third-party content, including YouTube videos
- Service interruptions or downtime
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for any subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and, if significant, by providing additional notice through the App or email.
Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, please discontinue use of the App.
