My workout history disappeared. What happened?
Workout history is stored locally on your device. If you deleted and reinstalled the app, or reset your device without a backup, the data may have been lost. Make sure your device is backed up to iCloud before reinstalling to protect your data.
Videos aren't loading. What should I do?
Easy Peasy Cardio streams workout videos via YouTube, so an active internet connection is required. Try quitting and reopening the app. If the problem continues, check that YouTube isn't experiencing an outage.
How do I restore my premium purchase?
Go to Settings → Premium → Restore Purchases inside the app. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used when you originally purchased.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Easy Peasy Cardio → Cancel Subscription.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Your premium access is linked to your Apple ID and works on any device signed in with the same account. However, workout history, notes, and food logs are stored locally and do not sync across devices at this time.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to submit a refund request.
