Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, store, or transmit:
- Your name, email address, or any account information
- Your workout history or fitness data
- Your food logs or nutrition entries
- Your personal notes or daily journal entries
- Your location
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
No user account is required to use the App.
Local Storage
All data you enter — workout history, food logs, notes, goals, profiles, and settings — is saved exclusively on your device using iOS local storage. This data does not leave your device and is never accessible to us.
YouTube Video Search
The App uses the YouTube Data API to load cardio workout videos. When you browse or search for videos, a request is sent to YouTube (operated by Google). Your search terms may be included in that request. We do not receive, store, or log your YouTube searches.

In-App Purchases
The App offers optional premium features through Apple's in-app purchase system (StoreKit). All payment processing is handled entirely by Apple. We never receive or store your payment details, credit card information, or Apple ID.

Push Notifications
The App may send local push notifications such as workout reminders. These are generated on your device and do not involve any data being sent to our servers. You can disable notifications at any time in your iPhone's Settings app.
Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. Since we collect no personal data from any users, there is no special risk to children's privacy.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
